The 401(k) Savings Plan
You’re also automatically eligible for the Mondelēz Global LLC Sales Service Representatives 401(k) Savings Plan—401(k) Savings Plan—a tax-advantaged retirement savings vehicle. With the 401(k) Savings Plan, you can contribute from 1% to 50% of your eligible pay on a before-tax and/or after-tax basis. Contributions may also be made as Roth, which are after-tax contributions, but their earnings are tax-free.
You can then invest your contributions across a variety of investment options and change your investment elections and contribution rate throughout the year.
MDLZ wants to ensure you’re using the 401(k) Savings Plan to prepare financially for the future. That’s why if you don’t make an active election when you’re first eligible, automatic enrollment starts you at a 3% before-tax employee contribution rate (your before-tax contribution rate then increases by 1% each year until it reaches 10%). Either way, you can change your election at any time.
Business Travel Accident (BTA) Insurance
You’re automatically eligible for Company-paid coverage equal to four times your annual base pay at no cost to you.

If you meet a 30-hour average service requirement, you’re considered eligible for certain MDLZ-sponsored coverages—categorized as HEALTH and MONEY—summarized below.
HEALTH
If you meet the eligibility requirements, we offer you options for your medical coverage.
Medical and Prescription Drug
Offers comprehensive coverage for certain medical services (including in-network preventive care covered at 100%), and prescription drugs filled through retail and mail order programs. Coverage is also available for certain specialty prescriptions, and it includes an integrated savings solution to help identify lower-cost medication alternatives.
You can choose from three coverage options, each offered through up to four different carriers.* And, two of the coverage options are paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help you save and then pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses on a before-tax basis .
* Carriers are dependent on what’s available in your area and may include Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBS), Cigna, and Kaiser Permanente (California only). Certain carriers aren’t available in all areas, and coverage is through HMSA in Hawaii.
Specialty Medical Solutions
Additional support resources for the unique care needs of you and your family, including those for weight management, diabetes, and hypertension; fertility; joint pain; and bariatric and joint pain surgery assistance. Note: You must be enrolled in MDLZ-sponsored medical coverage to be eligible for these specialty medical solutions.
Choose to cover yourself and your family
You can cover your legal spouse, same- or opposite-sex domestic partner, as well as your eligible children younger than age 26. Coverage takes effect as of your eligibility date, provided you enroll within 30 days of that date.
MONEY
If you’re enrolled in MDLZ-sponsored medical coverage, you have additional options available to help you achieve your MONEY-related goals and support The Right You financially.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Offers an opportunity to save and pay tax-free for eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses, including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision expenses today and into the future. You can grow your balance through your own before-tax contributions (up to annual IRS limits), HSA matching contributions from MDLZ (if your annual base pay is less than $75,000), and interest/investment returns on your invested HSA dollars.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account (Health Care FSA)
Provides an opportunity to set aside before-tax dollars to help pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses in a given year. For 2025, you can contribute up to $3,200 before-tax to the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (Health Care FSA) if you’re not contributing to an HSA. Keep in mind that you lose any unused amounts that remain in your Health Care FSA at the end of each year, so it’s important to plan carefully.
